I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my trip that much more enjoyable. The location was perfect, as it was right by the main street and within walking distance to everything. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and everything was kept clean and tidy. Lastly, the parking and transportation options were convenient and made it easy to get around the city.

Great location, close to Lenzerheide and bus station. Fully equipped apartment with kitchen and TV. Two balconies and a playroom with pool table. Friendly and sweet couple managing the place.

Nothing could have been better.

Great apartment with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was unbeatable, close to all the action and transport. We loved the stunning view of the mountains right outside our window. the warm and friendly staff were always ready to assist us with whatever we needed.

The wifi was a bit patchy at times, but it didn't impact our stay too much. the check-out process was a bit early and we needed to clean up the room before leaving.

The cleaning instructions put a damper on the experience, with a very rude tone and demands that took away from the relaxation of the trip. the uncomfortable beds made it difficult to have a good night's sleep after a long day of work.

The apartment has comfortable beds and down comforters to keep you cozy on the cold winter nights.

The reception staff needs to be more welcoming to make guests feel at ease, unlike one guest's experience where they felt unwelcome and uncomfortable during their stay.
